Also the place is Calm & Quite, surrounded by Trees & Bushes. Our place is known as " Deshpande Wada" which is 68 years Old Wada. Building Structure is made of Black Stones & white powder with Wooden Roof Top, resulting in to Cold Climate thru out the year, with Restaurant's & Hotels are nearby. The space Mahavir Garden is very close from our place for Morning & Evening Walk with Children's. All Food Shops are very nearby. D' Mart, Shopping Mall & Mahalaxmi Temple, Rankala Lake & Panchagaga River is just 1.5 k.m. from our place. Panala Fort & Jyotiba Temple is 30 K.M. only. Guest access From Building Main Entrance to to ROOM on 1st. Floor, Main Coriander & Loft Area, Balcony, Top Terrace Garden, Gr. floor Washing Area, Cloths Drying Area, Kitchen, T. V. Room, Fridge & Washing Machine according to Guest's requirement & there urgent needs. There are No Fast Rules. During your stay We, the Owner are Retired Sr. Citizens. Myself & my wife both will handle daily work, who are Graduates in Engineering & Science. Both or anyone will present on site as we are staying in this "Deshpande Wada" only. There is separate Door for Every Room with Toilet Bath with Balcony. Rooms are interconnected by Middle Door & can Open if Guest wish to Book '2' Rooms. We are religious family, calm & quite. Other things to note 1. Alcoholic Drinks are STRICTLY NOT ALLOTTED. 2. Non-Married Couples are NOT ALLOTTED.
