The 4-season SPA is a holiday home located between the sea and the countryside, in a quiet area; totally independent and not overlooked (45 m²). It has been designed, furnished and equipped to ensure you have a comfortable and stress-free stay. Here, you can discover the authenticity of the Pays de Retz, a few steps from the major tourist sites of the area by discovering 4 seasons full of charm. The space Located 10 minutes from the ocean and the center of Pornic, the cottage consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and 1 bunk bed 90), 1 living room (kitchen and living room) and 1 bathroom. Also enjoy the outdoors, a real extra room, with its kiosk, plancha, swing, garden furniture, petanque court... The HOT TUB offers a direct view of the terrace and the enclosed garden; in a fully equipped annex (with shower) of 13.5 m². Come and recharge your batteries as a couple, with family or friends. Cleaning and maintenance will be done by you at the end of your stay (or optional cleaning fee of €90 to be paid on-site). Linens and towels are optional (€15 per person/stay).
