Secluded villa with private pool at Possidi

Secluded 3-storey house with its own PRIVATE pool and garden. Close to the beach and tavernas and walking distance to the super market. Great area to explore the surrounding beaches and sites. The villa is within a private fenced plot with locking fence door located in a small settlement. The space Secluded quiet house with it's own pool and huge garden in a picturesque scenery. Has 3 bedrooms (with 2 double beds, 3 single beds and 2 sofa beds), 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a barbeque. Pool and garden includes shower, sunbeds, bbq and an 8-persons dining table under a kiosk with view to the pool. There are 2 parking lots just for you. Has been the summer place of my family for the past 15 years and everything is being taken care of with love. Guest access visitors have access at all the premises. Other things to note There is no pool atendant and the pool is shallow at one end but deep at the other. Please observe the hours of common silence from 15.00 to 17.30 and 23.00 to 07.00 especially regarding the garden and the pool area. Due to the coronavirus pandemic we maintain a day interval before each stay. Owner and personel are all recently vaccinated against SARS-COV2.
