Cornell Arms Apartments are located across the street from the Horseshoe at the University of South Carolina on the corner of Pendleton and Sumter Streets. Our furnished apartments are fully stocked with everything you need. The apartments have great WI-FI (up to 500 mbps) and includes all utilities. We highly recommend that you tour the property before renting. Feel free to ask any questions here. A criminal background check will be required. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are provisional until the guest passes a background check which will be done by the property management company. You will be contacted after booking with a simple (and free) process to submit to a background check.
