This nice air-conditioned T2bis is located on the ground floor of our house. composed of: - a living room where you will find all amenities: sofa bed, TV, fridge, freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, ceramic hob, and Wi-Fi. - a bedroom with a queen size bed in 160 x 200. In this room, a recess offers two bunk beds. - a bathroom, with its washing machine and a separate toilet. The space Accommodation with a beautiful covered terrace and a small corner with garden furniture (just for you), quiet, surrounded by greenery and close to all amenities. You will also have access to the garden (shared with the owners) where there are shaded areas, and for children a trampoline and a swing. Guest access To enter the property, you will have a remote control for the electric gate. A parking space is reserved for you, as well as a private entrance to the accommodation. Other things to note In our house also live: - our dog, a beautiful boxer, a little bit crazy because he's still young. A big 30 kg ball of energy that we will keep away from your accommodation... as much as we can. - our two boys, eight and five years old... who will be happy to play with your children and who otherwise, will try not to make too much noise ;-) Possibility to install a baby bed in the room. Sheets, dish towels, towels are at your disposal and included in the price, as well as everything in the cupboards (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, coffee, spices...) The cleaning of the rental must be done before your departure. Vacuum cleaner, mop as well as sponges and household products are available in the toilet closet. Please also remove the sheets from the beds and throw away your garbage (sorting bin 100 m from the house). Extra charge: possibility of cleaning on request (50 euros).
