Stay effortlessly connected with Wi-Fi, and savor the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. The space The living room features an open kitchen and a bar area, TV and equipped with a ceiling fan. In the bedroom, you'll find both a fan and the air conditioning unit and another tv. . Additionally, the apartment includes a bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is a shared rooftop terrace on the 4th floor. Guest access There is a shared rooftop terrace on the fourth floor of the building. Other things to note You enter the appartment through a small staircase of two steps. Winter 2024 we installed a water filter in the kitchen for purified water. We offer every 7 days a change of sheets and towels. We will deliver a new set at your apartment. For monthly rentals : Normal use of electricity is included, 500 pesos per 4 weeks.
