Amazing location, perfect for longer stays.

Less than one mile from Bournemouth town centre, approximately 1.3 miles to the beach. Everything is in easy walking distance. The large room has south facing french doors. There is a pretty garden & sunny patio with outdoor dining table exclusively for guests. The room has a double bed, lamps, drawers, tables and full length mirror. The space The room was fully redecorated in March 2021. It is spacious, light and airy. There is a modern bathroom with shower, basin, wc and huge mirror. Opposite the bathroom is a generous built in wardrobe entirely for guests. We also have a secure garage for guests to use if they want to bring bikes, scooters, golf equipment, surf boards, SUPs or any other sports/leisure equipment. If there is anything you require for your stay just let me know. Sadly, despite our ideal location we are unable to host dogs. There is a washing line in the back garden for swimsuits, beach towels etc. We do not have laundry facilities for guests on site but there is a launderette less than 500 metres away if longer staying guests need to do washing. Guest access You have your own private bathroom and built in wardrobe just outside the main room. During your stay I am available if you need me. I am easily contactable by phone or email but like to give guests space to enjoy their vacation. Other things to note The room sleeps two guests in a double bed. I am able to provide two mattresses on the floor if additional guests or children would like to sleep in the same room. The cost is £10 per mattress per day. The room is on the ground floor of our 3 storey townhouse. On this floor there is only the guest room, the guest bathroom, the guest wardrobe and the hallway. Guests have the ground floor and garden entirely to themselves but my son and I need to use the front door so will occasionally walk through the hallway.
