The space To make the most of the stunning sea views from the property, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and the dining area and open‐plan lounge are on the first floor. Opening out from the lounge is a large roof terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs for eight to ten people. There is also a smaller balcony overlooking Burgh Island. A separate large patio area offers dining as the sun sets over the sea, with seating for eight to ten people. Throughout, the property has been tastefully furnished with quality furniture and fittings. The property can sleep six people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, an en‐suite bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. There are sea views from the bedroom and doors out to the ground‐floor paved patio and lawn. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, sea views from the bedroom and doors out to the ground‐floor paved patio and lawn. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and also benefits from sea views.
