The apartment is located in a residential building on the 15th floor (16 storied house), everything new, in perfect condition. You have a separate bedroom, as well as a studio with a kitchen, from the bedroom an exit to the balcony overlooking the city and the mountains, in the studio there is a folding comfortable sofa for two. Also there is everything you need for either a long or a short stay. The house has a supermarket and a cafe, also in a 2 minutes walk to the National Museum and 10-15 minute walk to the sea.
