Welcome to Villa Eleni – a hidden gem with stunning views, a private pool, and lush gardens. Just minutes from Coral Bay, it’s perfect for families or a romantic escape. Enjoy a new kitchen from spring 2025, a traditional BBQ area with wood fired pizza oven , and magical sunset views from the terrace. This house is hidden in nature, quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by trees, it's a private place where you can relax, hear the birds, and enjoy being alone. The space Entrance The villa grounds are entered through large wrought iron gates. The driveway leading to the villa is fringed with pine, carob and olive trees. The entrance is at the side of the house, and leads into a small hall, and then to the man living area. There is plenty of space for parking cars. Outside area The outdoor living space is designed for relaxation. The private pool is situated to the front of the house, surrounded by spacious lawns and extensive gardens with many trees, bushes and plants. There is a pool-side shower and sunbathing area, with sunbeds and umbrellas. A large terrace stretches the full length of the front of the villa, overlooking the pool, and provides shaded dining space for 10-12 people, and a separate sitting area for relaxation. From the terrace there are stunning views of the sea and Yeronissos Island, and beautiful sunsets over the sea all year round The brick-built BBQ area to the side of the villa also has a Wood fired pizza oven, bar and a shaded seating area Living space The living space is split into 2 separate areas; the front area features an open log-burning fireplace for a cozy winter ambience, a flat screen smart TV, comfortable settee and chairs, and a small coffee table. Patio doors lead out from here to the terrace overlooking the pool. At the rear there is a dining area seating 8 - 10 people Kitchen area Fron spring 2025 we have a brand new kitchen. The kitchen area is open plan adjoining the living area, and features an electric oven, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, and other kitchen appliances. It opens onto the side of the house and BBQ area Bedrooms and bathrooms The villa has 4 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor there is a large twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. On the upper level there is a twin bedroom, with a double bed and bunk beds; which has an en suite bathroom. Also there are is twin/double bedroom with an extra single bed and a smart TV, and a twin/double bedroom both with a shared bathroom. Guest access Guests can access all areas, except one room which are used for owners' storage.
