Description
This 19th century farm is on three floors with a beautiful park. Close to Malpensa airport, northern lakes, Milan. Great for enchanting day trips. Agrate has a patisserie, restaurant, food shops, pharmacy and 2 golf courses. The house hosts families or groups. There are lovely communal spaces inside and outside but also secluded spaces to read or rest. We rent out the entire house that can sleep 14 in the summer. If you want the warmth and character of a beloved family home this is for you. The space The house is on three floors, long and narrow with en suite rooms: the ground floor has two living rooms (one in a huge converted stable), a study, a bathroom and a large kitchen. All the rooms open on the garden, the kitchen has a pergola and dining table outside while the stables open on a covered porch. The first floor has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one in the mezzanine). All the rooms open on balconies overlooking the park. The second floor is a loft and has three double bedrooms and a bathroom. This floor has no heating floor so can only be used from May to September. The house has additional out-rooms for storage and the washing machine etc and has ample parking space in the park. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms on the ground floor and depending on the number of guests (and the season) to some or all of the bedrooms. The park is all for you, with the well, some fruit trees and a marble table under a cherry tree. We have hammocks and sunbeds that you can move around. Other things to note The main gate of the house in the centre of the village, close to the church so the patisserie and shops are a few metres away.
