Contemporary cottage for 1 to 4 people (2 adults max and 2 children max) located in a wooded area of 2 hectares, 10 minutes from Poitiers and the Futuroscope: the Domaine des Tilleuls. The cottage is 32 m2 and is ideal for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 children. 1 large 160 bed, 2 bunk beds of 90, private terrace (garden furniture). Fully equipped kitchenette. TV. Outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September. Shared Jacuzzi. Soccer field. Petanque. Trampoline The space Contemporary gite of the Olive tree, located at the Domaine des Tilleuls with views of the park. The gîte is 32 m2, ideal for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 children. An entrance, glass door with manual roller shutter, a bathroom with shower and a sink on its furniture, hairdryer, towel dryer radiator, separate toilet, 2 bunk beds of 90 with reading light, with mattress protector, duvet and pillows. A large room with a large bed of 160, with mattress protector, duvet and pillows, small bedside shelves with their lamps, a closet, a fully equipped kitchen area, sink, dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, hood, multi-function microwave, a television, a table and 4 chairs, a large bay window with electric roller shutter overlooking a private terrace and garden furniture. Cleaning to be done before your departure or extra cleaning at the rate of €30 (except the dining area). Possible rental of linen, sheets €15 for the double bed, €10 for a small bed, towel €3. Bed made on arrival: €5/bed. Other things to note The pool and hot tub are shared with the other cottages. With your rental, you have one 30-minute jacuzzi session per day (you can do additional jacuzzi sessions at the rate of €10/30 min). When it's your jacuzzi session, it's just you in the jacuzzi. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and is heated. Jacuzzi and pool are open from 10am to 8pm. On the estate, there is also a soccer field, badminton court, ping pong table, trampoline, slackline, and petanque court.
