This apartment consists of a lounge with a typical fireplace, kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom. The lounge opens onto the balcony. The balcony offers a breathtaking view over the vineyards, the olive groves and the lake. There is a panoramic swimming pool and an outdoor space at the back where you can enjoy the silence of the countryside. The space This holiday home is located on the top of the hill of the village of Pancole, which in ancient times was part of the possessions of the noble family of the Carolingian counts and ii is only 6 km from the Medieval town of San Gimignano. The holiday home, offers you today a timeless atmosphere that belies real life. The surrounding countryside is 'the' one you see if you imagine a well preserved, typical, Tuscan landscape: olive groves, vineyard, meadows, cornfields: an ideal rural setting.
