The house is located 20 m from the sea and the beach. it has 3 bedrooms and a large balcony 3 x 8 m, with open sea view. Each room has a sea view. There is a grill in the yard. There are several restaurants nearby and market for basic necessities. There is olso the beach restaurant and cafe. In the center , 2 km away there is a doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, bank, rafting on the river Cetina, boats for trips to nearby islands, etc.
