The space Welcome to your cozy studio apartment located on the ground floor with its own private entrance. This studio apartment is one of five in the building and has a comfortable couch, queen size bed and large dining table, a separate well-equipped kitchen and washroom. Here are some of the features that make our space the perfect place for your next vacation: Minimal cosy design Our goal is to provide you with an apartment where you can truly unwind and feel at home. Meal prep The well-equipped kitchen features a water filter, a single door refrigerator, gas stove, blender and a selection of cutlery, crockery, and basic cooking utensils and ingredients such as oil, salt, and pepper. Keeping it cool We understand air conditioning makes life a little cooler in Goa, the studio has air conditioning and fans. Lush greens Tropical is what you get when enjoying your private balcony in our garden. ‘Work’ from Goa ;) Many guests enjoy the apartment as a workspace as we have a good internet connection and a dining table you can use as a desk. The mobile network inside the home is not very strong depending on the operator - Vodafone works best. Beach life! Take a relaxing two-minute stroll down our private pathway to the sandy Calangute-Baga beach. Whether you want to relax at Bongo beach shack, dip your toes in the ocean, or go wild with watersports, it's all right here. Pristine pool Our guests have access to a beautiful tropical pool with sunbeds and restaurant service, perfect for lazing away your day. The pool is located a two minute walk from the apartment on the way to the beach on family property. Restaurants, shopping and party A few minutes walk to the main road and you will find a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and shops everywhere. If you're looking for a night out, Titos Lane and Baga Creek are just a bit further, with plenty of clubs to dance the night away. Guest access As our guest, you'll have this ground floor apartment to yourself, complete with a living area (couch, bed and dining table), washroom, kitchen and your own private entrance. Guests also have access to the garden and hammock (shared) on the ground floor. Parking Made Easy Enjoy private parking for scooters right next to the building and a free public car parking lot just a few meters away or in the neighborhood. Check-in is a breeze Easy-to-follow self-check-in instructions and directions will be sent to you a day before your arrival. Beach/pool access To access the beach, guests can use a direct and safe private path on family property. On this path you will also find the new shared tropical pool which you are welcome to use. From the apartment it takes about two minutes to walk to the beach and pool.
