Bedroom & Bathroom (single-storey, 10 min. to Lille)

We offer a room on a quiet and peaceful street with independent exterior access and interior access of your choice with double bed and desk as well as a private bathroom with sink and spa bath. If you prefer a shower, it's possible in our personal bathroom that we'll gladly share. In the price, breakfast is included according to the time you prefer, just let us know. Close to Metro, Tram and Expressways. The space The house is a single-story with 2 bathrooms (1 private bathroom reserved for you and our shower room to share if you prefer). We have a large living room with kitchen that you have access to. The room opens onto the garden through a French window that can also be the independent entrance to your room. Guest access You have access to the bedroom and bathroom which are obviously private. You can also access the living room for breakfast but also if you want to eat at the table rather than at the bedroom desk for your evening or lunch meals (depending on your stay). You also have the option to use the kitchen if you need it, depending on your schedule. The garden is also available if you want to relax a little when it's sunny and if it's not raining, we can provide you with 2 sun loungers as well as garden table and chairs. During your stay During the holidays, Jérôme (teacher) is easily available for your arrivals, departures and any advice or requests you may have for visits, restaurants, etc. The rest of the time, he shares with Vincent (in retraining to become a teacher) the welcomes and departures without worry and with pleasure. He can also prepare dinner if you wish to eat at home quietly in the evening (in addition to the room). Just let him know 24 hours in advance. Accommodating a baby is possible in the room but we no longer have any equipment, so you will have to bring your own equipment for their care and comfort. Other things to note We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, 1 chicken. So no pets are allowed in the rental. If this is a concern, please let us know and we will see if an arrangement for hosting is possible.
