Arbouse, 95 m2, amazing view 2-9p

In our quiet ground floor house at attractive prices for 2 to 9 people, but be careful only if there are children and they like, like mine, to share their room. Otherwise 6 adults only. Well located for a visit to Southern Corsica, 10 minutes' walk from Porta Square, 10 minutes-15 minutes' drive from beaches, rivers, equestrian centers. Please note that cleaning and linen fees are not automatically charged. (see conditions in other information) The space Accommodation of about 100 m2, on the ground floor with large terrace, is very quiet away from a busy road bordering the maquis. At the end of the terrace, there is the access path to the entrance of the house. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed: 140 cm in two of them and 160 for one. One of them also has an extra 90 cm bed. One of the bedrooms has a glass-paved section and a small window that opens onto the hallway. It is the one that has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, usually the children take it... We have folding beds and a travel cot if there are more of you (with children). Allow 10 euros for an umbrella bed and high chair and 5 euros for an extra bed beyond 9 people (only if they are children) The living room also has a 140 cm sensitive back sofa bed that overlooks the terrace. It also overlooks the kitchen through an opening. For more privacy, we offer a screen to place in front of the sofa bed. The kitchen is separate but not closed and fully equipped (fridge, mini-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker...) and opens onto the terrace. There is a bathroom, a toilet and a shower room with toilet (separate entrance in the hallway) The rooms are spacious and allow you to add a small folding bed or umbrella bed. Please note, cleaning must be done before departure, or paid before the end of the stay (80 euros package) SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED since Covid and the increase in Airbnb rates. We suggest you bring them. A rental system exists: 12 euros per bed and 6 for towels. Please specify how many rooms and beds you would like to occupy if you would like us to prepare the rooms. You are therefore at home and you can enjoy both the outside (terrace, barbecue, deckchair, table, chairs) and the inside (fireplace, large living room with two sofas, kitchen...) 2 parking spaces are reserved for you. Other things to note Please note, as seen in the photos, the third bedroom does not have an exterior opening but on the interior hallway. You can bring your linen and benefit from an attractive price and not increased by an additional commission from the site. Linen is extra: 15 euros per bed and 8 for towels per person. The cleaning is not automatically charged; it must be done by the tenants and the apartment returned in the condition in which it was found (cleaning fee possible: 100 euros). In any case, garbage cans must be emptied and dishes stored.
