For families and friends who enjoy peace and quiet and want to relax in the valle d'Itria, this is the ideal place The space The decor of Villa Santoro elegantly combines the typical style of Puglia with a modern décor. The kitchen has the necessary electrical appliances, plenty of dishes and utensils, cooking pots and pans. The first bedroom is located in the "lamia", a typical Pugliese space with, among other things, an old fireplace. The original stone walls and ceiling ensure that this room exudes an authentic and intimate atmosphere. From the sitting room you enter the hallway from where you can go to the bathroom and a second bedroom. Bathroom has a large sink, a built-in shower, a toilet and a bidet. The second bedroom, which looks more modern, has a super king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) with a custom built in, spacious closet. The hallway gives access to the lower floor with a wide stone staircase. There is a third, large bedroom with a double bed and adjoining a bathroom with large lavabo, built-in shower, toilet and bidet. Access to this part of the house depends on the number of guests. From 5 people, we open this floor. The rooms, the seating area and the kitchen are fully air-conditioned, so that the spaces continue to feel pleasant, even during warmer days. All rooms have Wi-Fi. The garden consists of an olive grove, with more than 100 olive trees surrounding the villa, where you can stroll around. The owners therefore produce their own private, local olive oil. There is also a covered barbeque area with a bar furniture and a table for 6 people. This space offers the ideal opportunity to enjoy the many typical products that enrich the rich cuisine of the Itria Valley during quiet evenings. A washing machine is also available in this room. In addition, there is a swimming pool in the garden with sun loungers, parasol, an outdoor shower and a rocking chair for 3 people. A fixed stone staircase can be placed on the roof of the villa. From this terrace you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful, Pugliese countryside. Villa Santoro is located at the end of a ‘contrada’ (Pugliese street) surrounded by greenery. Nearby there are several other inhabited villas and holiday homes. As a result, the atmosphere radiates both peace and tranquility as well as a safe feeling. Around this villa you can see hectares of beautiful meadows between which antique trulli appear here and there. Guest access Guests can always use all available spaces, except for the lowest level. This floor will be provided according to number of guests. Other things to note • Our Property manager, Aleandro Grassi of the company Trulli Life S.r.l.s., takes care of the check-in (between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.) and the check-out (until 10 a.m.); • For a check-in or check-out outside these hours, an additional 25 euros will be requested; •Upon arrival, the statutory stay tax for the commune of Ostuni will be requested. This is 1€/day, maximum 5 days payable. For children, under the age of 12, this stay tax does not apply. •A full set of bathroom towels, sheets and one pool towel per guest is included, as is the final cleaning.
