The Garden Suite is a 2 Bedroomed space attached to the main house, with its own entrance, totally secluded, and a small garden for your enjoyment. It's at Mushroom Gardens, a gated estate off Kiambu road. It's ideal as it's quiet, safe & away from hustle and bustle of the city, and yet only 15 minutes from UN Gigiri, Two Rivers Mall and the famous Karurua forest. Its 20 minutes' drive to City center, 40 minutes drive to JKIA. Eateries, hospitals like Nairobi hospital are within the locality. The space If you are looking to immerse yourself fully into the legendary Kenyan hospitality, then the Garden suite is where you need to be at. If you need value for money either on a long work assignment at Westlands / UN Gigiri areas or short stays, then you have found it. Its a totally private, cozy space for your enjoyment. The main bedroom has a twin bed, with a firm mattress, ideally for a couple. It is well lit with two large, curved windows, with a great view of the private garden. The second bedroom has two 3/4 beds with firm mattresses too and mosquito nets for your safety. Both Bedrooms have enough wardrobe space to hang your clothes and to lay out any other stuff you may have brought along. You will have a separate sitting area for your relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen for any cooking you may choose to do. The kitchen sink has instant hot water as does the bathroom shower. Linen changing and cleaning is done on every 3rd day with prior arrangements with you on timings to ensure we don't disturb your privacy. For those days you may want to spend the day indoors, there are board/ card games available- I only ask that you take good care of them. We have friendly, adorably Yorkshire terrier dogs to welcome you home from your day out. The whole property is covered with CCTV cameras and a 9-meter high perimeter wall to ensure your security. Guest access You will have full, private access to the garden suite, and the garden next to it. The main gardens in the property are also accessible to you. There is enough parking too, should you wish to bring a car/s. Other things to note Karura forest, one of the largest urban gazetted forests in the world is a mere 10 minutes drive from the Garden suite. Its a great, tranquil place to walk, jog, run, cycle, enjoy the indigenous trees, wildlife, see the waterfalls, etc. If you need an adrenaline rush, Kereita forest is less than an hour's drive for a Ziplining experience, or visit the Kenya Museums which is about 15 minutes away. Two Rivers, one of the biggest malls in EA is also a mere 10Kms away, should you wish to spend some time at a mall. There are also quality local restaurants within a 10 km radius should you wish to eat out. Westlands area is also a mere 20 minutes drive should you wish to explore other areas. You can get around by using taxis, uber or public transport for the adventurous at heart.
