The space This exclusive property is located in Halkidiki, Sithonia, Neos Marmaras in the area Tripotamos (see details in section below). It is located just 50 meters away from a serene golden sand shore with crystal clear waters. The beach is one of the most secluded ones in the area. We provide our visitors with a private umbrella as well as two sunbeds of which they shall have exclusive use during their stay. The property is surrounded by a vast area of green lawn as well as a well-kempt garden. The vivid colors will mesmerize you and you can fully enjoy the lush surroundings while relaxing on either of the 2 verandas furnished with comfortable patio furniture, on the back and front of the house. On the inside, the house has a total area of 80m2 and is built in a 3 floor layout. It is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It is fully air-conditioned in all floors and bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a fully furnished living room with a TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen (with a fridge/freezer, oven, sink, dishwasher, kitchen table, kitchen ware) and a bathroom with a washing machine. The first floor has two bedrooms - one with a king sized bed (2 persons) and the other with two single beds - both of which come with plenty of closet space and have access to a balcony with view of the sea. The bedroom in the attic is equipped with a sofa that unfolds into a double bed. Our visitors have free and direct access to the beach which is no more than a few meters away.
