B&B close to the city center - Room ORANGE

We welcome you in our B&B, builted in a very quiet area in a walking distance from the city center. It is suitable for all sort of tourism: just crossing the road, you will reach the "RESTERA", the park of the river Sile; with a 15-minutes-easy-walk, you can reach the center and, if you don't like to walk, the bus stop is around the corner and in 5 minutes you will reach the "LOGGIA DEI CAVALIERI" and in 10 minutes the bus and train station. The space The first thing you will meet in our B&B is the smile of our family and the light that will lead you in the breakfast room. Here you will enjoy the local goods meanwhile you can easily schedule your days off in Treviso reading the suggestion we write for you on the all of the kitchen. The Room is going to change in stile every now and then because of the hobby of the "boss of the house" who likes to create new forniture for more comfort. It has also a private bathroom, where you can relax in the XL shower and on the precious marble features. Guest access You can enter only in your room and enjoy freely the common area. With a little surcharge you cn have the esclusivity of the appartment. During your stay You can reach us in every moment before/during/after your staying. We are often in the appartment to prepare di breakfast and clean the house. So for any request just let us know an we will be very happy to help you. Other things to note Before using the kitchen, please AWAYS ASK for further information: we are happy to explain how it works. Please, respect the silence hours: between 12 and 15 and after 20. No party allowed. On request it is possible to organize transfer from/to both the airports and Venezia Piazzale Roma. Cleaning fees for staying longer than 7 days. Check in available between 15-20. After 20 there will a little surcharge to pay at the moment of the check in: Check-in fees between 20-23: 20€; after 23: €50. Each hour delay: €10 No party allowed. On request we can organize tranfer for/from the airport and Venezia piazzale Roma. With a little surcharge you can have the esclusivity of the appartment. For the staying longer than 7 nights and/or in esclusivity way we just require extra fee for cleaning.
