Discover south Germany at 10 km, Schweiz at 7 km from Folgensbourg, visit the german Black Forest or the swiss Jura Hills or the French Vosges in one car hour from here. The Room1 , with a separate entry-door and locker, is private and meant for ONE guest, but for a SECOND traveller, an extra floor-mattress (0,9 x 2m), can be laid right next to the single bed (1 x 2m). Another Room3 is the host's private one. The duplex rooftop APT is found at the 2nd floor of a new Residence built in 1992. The space Bathroom (spacious shower +separate sunken bath, wash machine, lavabo), toilet, balcony, kitchen are all meant for common use. Fridge, Freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, hot water boiler, all is ready for you in the kitchen. If this type of accommodation suits you, you are welcome to spend a good time sharing this cosy home. Guest access Travellers do have free access to to all the APT's first floor rooms and spaces, except to the host's private room3. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in front of the main entrance door (a sheltered place) or in the shared garden area , but it is forbidden elsewhere inside the APT. During your stay Before your arrival, we can exchange infos by Airbnb messages or mobile phones, during your stay, we can exchange by whatsup. Other things to note The APT's second floor is the host's private lounge accessed by a 14-steps staircase.
