Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance. The space The cabin is well insulated and has a bedroom with King-size bed, (please note the pillows and duvet are natural feather), ensuite bathroom with shower, fitted kitchen with: oven, hob, fridge, microwave and general kitchen utensils. The cabin offers free fast wifi access, smart tv, although mobile phone reception is poor. A welcome pack including fresh organic eggs from our chickens, together with tea, coffee, milk, croissants, homemade cookies are provided. There is a breakfast bar area for eating looking over our fields. The living area has a sofa bed and an electric wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Outside there are two chairs for relaxing on the deck enjoying the view. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to accommodate infants or children up to the age of 12 years. Other things to note Please note the cabin is situated 2 miles off the A29 down unlit single track country lanes with passing places.
