Ruby View is a ground floor apartment of our home. The perfect place to relax and unwind and listen to the waves. You can walk along the beach to the village of Mapua to cafes and restaurants. The Great Taste Trail cycle-way passes by the door. Ruby Bay is situated halfway between Richmond and Motueka. Marahau, the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park is 35km and 30 min to Nelson. Many beaches and wineries are nearby. Dog-friendly guests recommended as our dog lives on-site. The space This is a ground floor apartment. Private entry. A fully-equipped kitchen, there is a hot plate and microwave. (No oven). A washing machine and washing lines available, no dryer. The bedroom opens onto a small courtyard overlooking the shared garden, to the beautiful Ruby Bay just 20 meters away. A separate living area with a conservatory. WiFi, TV, washing machine, kitchenette with a fridge freezer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities. Nespresso. Towels and bed linen, etc are provided. We live upstairs and while your space is private, the back garden is a shared space to access the beach and walkway. Guest access A designated off street parking for Ruby View guests. And a gate access directly to the beach. Feel free to use complimentary bicyles. Other things to note Reminder there will be noises of occupancy upstairs to this downstairs unit. Dog-friendly guests are recommended as we have a dog on the property. 😃
