Our farm, which is over three hundred years old, is located in an idyllic side valley surrounded by meadows and forests in the climatic health resort of Hornberg. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers and families looking for relaxation. Our small organic farm offers eggs, freshly caught trout from our own farm as well as distillates and macerates from the farm distillery. The space The house has You will sleep in the hay in your own sleeping bag in cozy hay chambers. If you don't want to sleep in the hay, you can stay in our two mattress rooms or in our optional mattress area. four hay chambers (bedrooms 1 - 4) with two small hay chambers with space for up to two people and two large hay chambers with space for up to five people - ATTENTION: There are no beds. You will sleep in the hay in your own sleeping bag - Three rooms with mattress storage (bedrooms 5 - 7) 2 rooms with 5 mattresses each and 1 optional mattress area with 4 mattresses. Two lounges, a small kitchen for self-catering and a large terrace with covered charcoal grill and small fireplace are also part of the house In the hay hotel we can accommodate 25 people. On request, we also offer breakfast, packed lunch and dinner such as grilled trout from our own pond with salads and homemade bread. If you are interested, we will also be happy to send you a current menu. Special highlight: Distillery tour with distillate tasting and lots of interesting facts about the Black Forest distilling culture and the topic of “brandy” in general. The distillery, founded in 1887, is also home to the Black Forest cult spirit “Gute Schwester“ Guest access You have your own separate entrance. The house is only used by you and is completely at your disposal. We live in the old farmhouse right next door and are available for any questions and tips. Other things to note The prices include the Konus card (free bus and train throughout the Konus area) and from 2 nights the Gutachtal Card (free or reduced admission to local facilities).
