We offer a bedroom in our accommodation, with a private bathroom and separate WC. Our house is ideally located in a green, quiet and residential setting, just 5 minutes' walk from Rosny-sous-Bois RER station. In addition to the bedroom, you will have access to common, indoor and outdoor areas, allowing you to fully and comfortably enjoy your Parisian stay. The space Your private bedroom has a double bed, storage space and a private bathroom/shower. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of the house. There is also a shared toilet separate from the bathroom. Guest access You have free access to the common areas: kitchen with all the necessary equipment, dining room, a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. The indoor heated swimming pool is accessible from May to September, with us present for safety reasons. All rooms in the house are equipped with reversible air conditioning. You have access to our laundry room: washing machine / tumble dryer and iron. Free of charge once a week. Free Wi-Fi access covers the entire house. During your stay We adapt to your wishes and can be either discreet hosts or advise you and discuss our mutual experiences. Other things to note We'll provide you with a place in our refrigerator. If you prefer, you can easily get food delivered or access the various restaurants nearby.
