Dear travelers, My name is Johnny, I am a 64 years old farmer living in one of the most beautiful countryside of New Zealand. With my son Anthony, we are running the familial business which is a tradition for more than 150 years. I am living alone in my house and I am always really pleased to welcome people home. Authenticity, Kindness, relaxation and laugh, that's what you will find here in my home, and I am already looking forward to meeting you ! The space My home is a really warm and spacious place where you can be sure to feel comfortable. The house is surrounded by paddocks and from nearly every room, you have a direct view on really cute lambs, calfs and cattle. There are three rooms available inside the main house. One queen and two twin single rooms. There are also two bathrooms one of which is for the guests use only. Also a comfortable sleep out that shares the second bathroom. Sleep out is unattached to the main homestead. Bedroom 1 can become a king bed. Guest access This is a shared space with the owner. During your stay I will be available throughout your stay and I have very good local knowledge of the southern scenic route. If you feel a bit adventurous to jump in my buggy, I can guide you through the all property to see outstanding views, and all the animals we are working with every day. Sheeps, lambs, cattles, deers and horses ! Then you can relax near the fire and if you are into good food, I can prepare you a beautiful 2 courses traditional New Zealand dinner with meat coming directly from my farm for an additional 25 NZD per person. Other things to note Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids) are welcome. I live in the home as well. As I am a leaving here and because I worked many years as a guide for tour companies, I can also organize you a private tour of the South Coast / Catlins area.
