The space The building is located along a ring road (very easy to access) but the apartment faces the interior court: quiet, and very well soundproofed (latest generation acoustic regulations). The apartment has WiFi of around 40 Mb at reception and 10 Mb at VDSL transmission. (Very good quality). The sofa is brand new. The bedding for the 3rd and 4th people is very comfortable. (Like a bed) Guest access Access to the entire accommodation. Mostly in person, but an independent arrival procedure is available. Free and secure street parking. There are also 7 visitor parking spaces inside the condominium. These places cannot be reserved, subject to availability. In the event of independent arrival, and if a space is available, you will need to collect the keys and the beep before parking. Other things to note A few days before your arrival I will communicate to you the internal regulations, with the access facilities. For your information, I do not charge cleaning fees in order to limit your costs. So I ask to make the apartment clean and tidy by default. (cleaning option available if necessary) I can also recommend restaurants, hikes, or various activities such as renting bikes for example.
