Restrict security 24 hrs. You can find food and beverage 24 hrs. from convienient shop which located in this condominium, more than that this condominium is surrounding with many department stores and shopping centers you can reach there by walking. The kitchen in this unit is proper for light cooking.There is no a stove and hood. - Making loud noise is prohibited as this building is resident area. - Smoking is prohibited in the room and common areas including room balcony, however we provide smoking space on the first floor. - Party or event is not allowed. - No illegal things during you stay. - Please help us to switch off A/C, lights and windows when you go out side. - Please take off your shoes and keep in the given sideboard before going to the room. - As our room is not a hotel we will not clean the room daily but we provide cleaning equipments such as vacuum machine, broom for you. - Please prepare copy of passport for your all member for making immigration reports. **During your stay please keep the keycard(s)with you especially when go outside.
