The newly fitted kitchen has sink, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer. Also a sofabed. National Trust houses, historic Mayfield, village walks and the South Downs nearby. Small dogs welcome. Recently guests left a property supposed to be for five and moved on to us as they liked it even more! Stylish vintage themed decor. Cosy and so comfortable and private. Large double bedroom, sitting room and mini kitchen. Overlooking cutting garden and with your own outdoor seating area. Outside garden seating. Quiet and special. There is a small double sofa bed. Guest access Good parking in our wide gravel drive. Your own outdoor seating area which is secluded and away from the main house and the Hidden Cottage. Set looking over the cutting garden and box hedged garden. Breakfast can be organised by special arrangement. Or hot croissants and home made preserves delivered to you in the morning! Eat breakfast in your pyjamas looking at the garden! Pure country life style! Other things to note Our guests adore the stables it is very special, a totally self contained little house! This is not just a double room, holiday let. The stables are sympathetically converted and very old, but super cosy. They ooze character and are decorated with care for you to enjoy. Small friendly dogs are welcome, just ask.
