Our Beach Home is roomy and inviting, with lovely views of Moreton Bay from the living room. Just across the road is an ideal beach for small children with rock pools to explore, flat water or low waves, soft sand and shady trees. Situated between the Redcliffe and Scarborough seaside villages, it is easy to walk or ride to playgrounds, a dog-off leash area, Sunday markets, supervised swimming areas (beach and pool), cafes, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets. The table setting on the large north-east deck is a great place to relax in the late afternoon, watching the boats across Moreton Bay. The kitchen has a large fridge, oven, cooktop and lots of cooking utensils. The 3 bedrooms accommodate 6 people and the veranda has an additional daybed, a desk and play area with toys and games from 0 to 100 years. The property is child and pet-friendly with high fences in the back. The corner block gives access from the side street. There is inside parking and parking on the street. Buses to Sandgate and Kippering station are at the front door. Our family members use our Beach Home during school vacations. Our Airbnb visitors have included a bridal party preparing for the big event, a movie shoot and many family reunions as well as being a haven for people during house renovations, grandparents meeting a new family member or people attending triathlons, motor racing, sports carnivals and competitions, pet shows or supporting someone in hospital.
