Paradise Farm Cottage is a charming, single story cottage in our own sunny corner of the village, appropriately named. Situated adjacent to the farmhouse and open fields, and with friendly farm animals and pets, Paradise is a favourite for all ages. Perfect for couples and families. The space The living area is a delightful 22 foot room with comfortable furnishings, an open Victorian style fireplace (logs provided), TV with Now TV box (freeview channels and access to catch up apps/YouTube etc) DVD player and incorporating a well equipped kitchen. The front door opens directly onto the child friendly lawn with garden furniture. The bathroom has a shower bath. A freezer and washing machine are provided in the utility. All electricity, heating, wireless internet connection and bed linen are included in the sensibly priced rates. Bath, hand and tea towels are provided, I just ask that you bring your own beach towels. Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage and own garden. We welcome guests to explore our smallholding and fields. Other things to note We accept 1 dog over 12 months old (at £20 per stay), but like to point out that we have free range ducks and chickens that can potentially access your garden area. There is a low fence and gate around your garden that a large dog could probably jump, or a small dog go under. When outside of your garden please keep dogs on the lead. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the cottage. If you like to cuddle your companion on the sofa please bring a blanket or throw to protect the furniture. No dogs in beds please, unless you provide your own bedding. I do NOT charge an addition cleaning fee Paradise Farm is home to our family too so please expect to see and hear our children Alfie (16) and Amelie (12) (and our animals!) playing outside. Please note that the property is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests, inclusive of any children, toddlers or babies. Only 1 dog considered as a pet, no other animals
