Niniroom is a self-renovated hostel that opened in 2017, and our concept is "Your friend's room in Kyoto." The 1st floor is a cafe with Wi-Fi and power outlets, and guests are welcome to use this space 24/7. Cafe services are also available from 8:00 to 17:00. The space This is a mixed dormitory room. The bathroom, shower, and toilet are shared. We have the following facilities: ・Shared bathrooms (Toilets, sinks, and showers) ・The 2nd and 3rd floor each have 3 shower rooms (6 in total). The 3rd floor bathrooms are women-only. ・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers are provided. ・Laundry machines: Washing machine costs 200 yen per cycle, and dryer costs 100 yen per 30 minutes. ・Kitchen: Equipped with cooking tools, tableware, pots, microwaves, and toasters. Basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, oil) are available. Guest access ・The first floor has a cafe and lounge where guests are welcome to hang out and chat. This space is available 24 hours each day. ・The cafe is open from 8:00 to 17:00 and serves coffee, breakfast, and our original keema curry. ・Vegan options are available. Other things to note ・Check-in time is 14:00 to 18:00 / Check-out time is 10:00 ・Guests arriving after 18:00 will be asked to check-in by themselves. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 18:00. ・Guests are free to enter and leave 24/7. There is a nighttime entrance with an electronic lock that can be used after 18:00. ・The hostel is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate of the surroundings and be careful not to make too much noise, especially at night. ・Smoking is prohibited inside the hostel. There is a smoking area outside the building. ・Towels and toothbrushes are not included but can be provided on-site for a fee. ・There are no elevators. ・The rooms are not soundproof. Please avoid having conversations in the rooms at night and use the 1st floor lounge instead. ・We cannot accommodate children under 3 years old. Children over 3 years old are charged the same rate as adults. ・There is no parking lot available. If you come by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot. Regarding Kyoto City Accommodation Tax Starting from March 1, 2026, the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax will be revised in accordance with the Kyoto City ordinance. The tax amount is calculated based on the Room Charge (per person per night, before tax and excluding meals). Please pay at the property upon arrival.
