By no means more than 7 customers will be accepted/allowed to stay in the Villa without previous agreement authorization from Balearic Villas Slu. This Villa is perfectly located to spend the summer near the beach with the family, to practice golf, shopping, as well to shopping centers/outlets, leisure areas, restaurants and bars/pubs, mountain excursions, cultural visits, being able to carry out activities Sports such as diving, kite surfing, surfing and any water sports. The Villa consists of 2 double rooms and one single room equipped with a bunk bed and an additional bed, we also have baby cribs and chairs, a well-equipped dining room, kitchen with a separate washing/ironing room. The master bedroom is equipped with a new 150cm bed (extra thick mattress with 35% viscoelastic new generation king size), with an en suite bathroom, an additional full bathroom on the same floor, a double bedroom with two beds of 80cm (with the possibility of joining them leaving a 160cm bed), plus a toilet on the ground floor, full dining room with leather sofas. It has a private terrace overlooking the garden on the top floor, a garden with a pool and barbecue that is accessed from the kitchen and the living room. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the living room, flat screen Smart TV in the living room, internet, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a great capacity fridge. This villa is located on the second line of the beach of Alcudia, with clear views of the Son San Martí Mountain. Within walking distance, you have supermarkets (5 minutes), a bicycle rental center and the gas station, a parking space in the Villa. The Villa can accommodate up to 7 people (4 adults, 3 children or a maximum of 6 adults). Just 5 minutes walk from the Villa is the beach of Alcudia with soft sands and crystal clear waters, with sun loungers for rent, restaurants, and beach bars with views over the beautiful bay of Alcudia Beach. Prices for season 2025. For stays of less than 7 days there is no cleaning during your stay, please leave the Villa in the best possible condition. Thank you.
