A beautiful period home located in a quiet culdesac in Tamboerskloof within walking distance of popular Long and Kloof Streets, bars and restaurants. Just a few minutes drive to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and world renowned Camps bay & Clifton beaches. Our house has high ceilings with large airy rooms and original features. The space Bright and spacious 3 bedroom Victorian style house with wooden floors, high ceilings and stylish interior. *Main bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. A ceiling fan in the room for those balmy summer evenings. *The 2nd bedroom has a 3/4 bed with a ceiling fan. * And the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. 100% cotton linen is used on all beds. *There is a bathroom with a shower (as well as the ensuite which has a bath) *Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is also a beautiful fireplace for chilly winter days. *The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need. Included: Security alarm system with armed response. Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house for themselves. Other things to note On street parking only, just outside the house. **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Cape Town is still recovering from a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water use. Some small things that each individual can do to help: -Keep Showers as short as possible. -Turn off the taps when not actually using the water (ie while brushing teeth, shaving, soaping up, washing hair or dishes.) -While heating up the water, collect excess in a bucket/bowl and use for cleaning. -Make sure you put a full load into the washing machine and dishwasher before starting a wash cycle.
