The cottage is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, ideal for preparing meals during your holiday. The open-plan lounge and dining area provides plenty of space to relax, featuring comfortable seating and a cosy wood burner (logs not provided) — perfect after a day exploring the beach or coastal paths. The property offers three good-sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests plus 1 infant. Steps from the dining area lead to a patio and garden, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views across the North Devon coastline. Waiting for you on arrival is a fabulous hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of surfing, walking or exploring. Please park on the left-hand side of the driveway. Additional on-street parking is also available nearby if needed.
