A self contained bungalow with ensuite & deck with garden views. We have an upper deck with views of the Merri River, great for relaxing or having a BBQ. There is a small fridge, microwave, toaster & facilities for making tea/coffee. We provide a light Australian breakfast, consisting of muesli, juice & toast with spreads. A magpie family visit us 3-4 times a day to be fed! The drive to St John's hospital is 2.5 minutes; South West Health Care 4 minutes; city centre 5 and beach 7-8. The space There is a queen size bed and a second fold out single bed. We also have a cot if needed. The ensuite consists of a shower, basin and toilet. There is a TV and DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioner / heater. Guest access Access is via a side gate, down the brick paved garden path. We will be here to greet you, but you will have privacy and your own key to the bungalow so you can come and go as you please. Parking is available at the front of the property. Other things to note Access to the bungalow has 2 steps from the path to the deck. If you wish to access the upper deck there are 8 steps.
