A bright, comfortable apartment 7-8 minutes walk from the promenade and 15 minutes walk from the beach. There is a large park nearby, lots of playgrounds and grocery stores. 600 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop from/to Tel Aviv. Guest access Private parking near the house. The house is currently undergoing exterior repairs and parking is not always available. There are plenty of free parking lots near the house.
