Close to the beach

My house is located in a quiet street within walking distance to the city. We are close to a swimming pool down the street. There are 2 bedrooms each room consists of a queen size bed with private bathroom, located upstairs. There is another bathroom downstairs with a spa in it.So you can relax and have some quiet time. There is a full Kitchen to use and a dinning room and lounge area. There is also a little court yard out the back to sit out in the summer time with a nice glass of wine. The space My house is located in a quiet street within walking distance to the center of Geelong. We are within Walking distance from a great range of Restaurants in Pakington Street.They are Amazing. The Barwon River is a 2 min stroll away. We are within easy access of swimming pool and Skilled Stadium, the home of the AFL Geelong Cats. We are also within walking distance to public transport, buses and trains which will take you just about anywhere you want to go. We are located close to some great shops,and very close to the city of Geelong, close to beaches such as Torquay, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads which is only a 20 minute drive away.The train station is only a 2 min drive away. or 15 min walk. Everthing is at your finger tips ..... Guest access Guests have Full access to everything they need. THere is a bus stop at the end of the street to get into town or you can just walk in. Drive your own car.... Or there is a train station 4 streets away. There is a river walk 2 minutes away. Free car parking on the street as there is a pass here to put on the windscreen of your car. Other things to note You have a 2 bed room house. Caters for 4 people. Spa in the house. Very quiet neighbourhood.
