Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER. The space With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 kitchen and 1 large living room, you'll have all the space you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. Airbnb adds all the water points (bathroom and toilet) and therefore counts 3 bathrooms, as we do not have control over the title of the listing, we thank you for your understanding and for taking note that there are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Open to a beautiful wooded garden, a large terrace with exceptional of the "Pinots Noirs" and "Chardonnay" vineyards of Côte d'Or, its hillsides and woods. It also has another terrace, on the courtyard side, to enjoy the rising sun. The cottage is located on our property, 150 m from our main accommodation. You can park your vehicles in our private parking lot (enclosed by walls) and/or in one of our garages if you wish. You can also charge your electric vehicles with a domestic outlet (€10 per charge). Our Cellar is also available to store your purchases in very good condition. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Due to small steps in the living area, terrace and to access the bedrooms, we do not recommend the cottage for toddlers and people with reduced mobility. We provide the barbecue (gas) from May until the end of September. The cleaning (fee included in your booking) is carried out by a local professional cleaning agency and guarantees you a clean and healthy environment in an entire 120 m2 accommodation upon arrival, and also cleaning after your departure.
