Clifton Central is a cosy, spacious and centrally located apartment beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you would need for a stay away from home. This lower ground floor one bed Airbnb is a stones throw from the station and just a short walk from the Town Centre, Seven Dials and Beach. Situated on a quiet sleepy street, please note that this property is strictly available for up to 4 guests only, no parties or gatherings allowed. Pets are charged as an extra. The space Clifton Central is a spacious one bedroom lower ground floor flat which has been newly renovated and furnished. This home is positioned on a quiet street close by to all Brighton has to offer. Every stay is followed by a thorough deep clean which I carry out myself personally in line with government Covid-19 published guidelines. SLEEPING It sleeps 4 guests comfortably with a mixture of a super king double bed or single beds depending on your requirements. Please note this property is charged according to the number of guests that stay so please be accurate with your booking details. Extra guests will be charged. The main bedroom has a single day bed as well as two other single beds which can be zipped and linked to make a super king double bed. There is an open wardrobe as well as a set of drawers and television with access to streaming services. In the large open plan living area there is a comfortable day bed. There is a spacious shower room with heated towel rail, shower, basin and loo. Please be aware there is a Saniflo macerator servicing this room and any items flushed into the saniflo apart from toilet tissue and the obvious will cause a blockage which will render the room useless. There will be a charge to unblock the system if necessary. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a single under counter oven, 4 hob gas burner, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and everything else you would need to have a relaxing enjoyable stay. LIVING SPACE The large 4 seat sofa in the main living area is a great addition as well as the day bed with trundle. The dining area boasts a table and five chairs as well as two stools at the worktop bar area. There is a Wii games console, 55” smart TV with a Panasonic DVD player in the living area. There are board games, dvds, books and much more to entertain yourselves. A bluetooth speaker can be found in the dining area. HEATING The flat is centrally heated with an Ideal Combination boiler with thermostat which monitors temperatures and hot water throughout the flat. Guest access This lower ground floor flat is centrally located and close to Brighton's main train station with links to London and the South. There is parking at the station and also bus stops connecting you to all routes throughout the local area. Walking to town and the seafront is straightforward. Just walk to the station and then go right down Queens Road through town to the seafront. There are Social Bicycles which can be hired throughout the city through the SoBi app. As it is city center there is on street paid parking however this can be a bit pricey and is restricted to four hours. There are local NCP car parks which are around 5-10 mins walk away. Alternatively there are local park and ride schemes or parking apps such as ‘Just Park’ where you can park on private driveways. Other things to note We do allow pets but we ask a charge of £20 per and also that they are house trained. If you would like early check in at 1pm then this is available for £25. Late check out at midday is also available for £25 (dependant on our cleaner). Please ask if you would like to add either of these to your booking. The shower room uses a Saniflo macerator system so it is very important to not put anything other than loo roll into the toilet as well as the obvious. There will be a charge to unblock the Saniflo if blocked by guests which can be upwards of £50. For longer stays we offer a change over service during your stay for £55 which includes new linen change and cleaning of the property.
