This clean and furnished Manly beach apartment offers stunning beach and ocean views, a modern fit out with all your essentials and a perfect, central location - only 50 metres walk to Manly beach!! You're surrounded by great restaurants, pubs and cafes. The Manly Wharf is a 5 minute walk away, to catch the ferry into the City (Sydney CBD) in 18 minutes! Please note that car parking is not included in the booking however there is parking available in the building on a user pays basis. The space The apartment is fully furnished including fresh bath towels, beach towels and linen. The main bedroom has a super comfortable Koala queen mattress (voted best mattress in Australia!). The bathroom is renovated with a spacious walk-in shower. The living room has a fold-out sofa bed which can accommodate 2 kids or an adult and features a large 42inch /106cm full HD Smart TV. Unlimited HD so you can log into whichever streaming service you desire. The kitchen features a stone benchtop, full sized fridge, oven, SMEG cooktop and integrated dishwasher. Internet also provided! For a family with young ones, we have a portable cot, high-chair and portable bath available in the apartment. The apartment is on the 8th floor and is split level - there are stairs to to the entrance door of the apartment and another small stair case separating the living room from the bedroom by about 8 steps to increase privacy. The sea-breeze flows from the front and through to the rear of the apartment, so even on the hottest days the temperature is nice, but there is an evaporative cooler for those who like it extra cold. And don't worry there are lifts so that helps with heavy luggage bags! We also supply two beach chairs so you don't need to hire them at the beach :) Other things to note Please note that during the months of June, July and August the building carpark which is several floors below the unit will be having refurbishment work done. This means that every Wednesday there may be loud construction noise. The noise will be during work hours only from 8am - 5pm.
