Other things to note 1. Maximum Occupancy: The accommodation is designed to host a maximum of 4 travelers. The sofa bed is comfortable for one adult or two children. It’s not very big. 2. Guest Registration: Only individuals registered with AIRBNB are permitted to access the accommodation. 3. Arrival and Departure Confirmation: To ensure smooth coordination, kindly confirm your arrival and departure times one week before your scheduled check-in. Additionally, any modifications should be communicated at least 2 days before your arrival. 4. Late Arrival Notification: If there is a change in your arrival time, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 45€ for each rescheduled appointment. Subsequent arrangements will be made in agreement with the host and subject to concierge availability. 5. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and agreement with the host, early check-ins before 3 p.m. or late check-outs after 11 a.m. may be possible. Additional charges of 15€ per hour apply, with a minimum of 45€. Payment is due upon key handover. Any partial hour will be charged in full. Non-compliance with early check-in will result in the full fee payable to the key handler. 6. Apartment Etiquette: - Always close the front door. - Laundry detergent is not provided. 7. Penalties: - Travelers not adhering to the rules will incur a penalty of 100€. 8. Responsibility for Damages: - Any damage or blockage to facilities such as toilets and machines is the responsibility of the guest. 9. Issue Reporting: Kindly inform us immediately upon encountering any issues in the accommodation so that we can resolve them promptly and effectively. Your comfort is our priority. 10. The apartment is full of light and there are no window stores only curtains. 11. An ID will be required in order to confirm your identity upon arrival.
