The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and consists of a large open plan living space with masses of natural light, separate fully integrated kitchen, separate dining area, master bedroom, second single bedroom and family bathroom. The apartment is tastefully and neutrally decorated throughout and is offered fully furnished. An additional double inflatable mattress will be provided. Getting Around The nearest tube station: Limehouse The nearest train station: Shadwell The nearest tram station: Limehouse The nearest bus station: 2 minutes by walk Limehouse DLR station is less than 5 minutes walk away and Canary Wharf can be accessed by foot along the adjacent Thames foot path in just 20 minutes or by DLR is 10 mins. Guest access CHECK IN AND OUT Check-in is anytime between 12PM - 6PM. If possible we do our best to check you in as soon as you arrive. Check-out is anytime before 11aM. The check-in is usually at the apartment. Late check in fee of £20 will be applied if guests arrive after 8pm VISITORS Please ask in advance each time you wish to have a friend or family member visit. We request that there are strictly no visitors from midnight through to 9am. Other things to note SMOKING This is a non-smoking apartment therefore no smoking (not even by the window) is allowed ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED WITHIN THE APARTMENT nor disturbing the peace after 8pm on weekdays (Monday- Thursday). Friday, Saturday, Sunday no parties after 10pm please. If we receive a complaint or the police are called with good reason you will have to be asked to leave without a refund and we will not be returning your deposit. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty. We want you to have fun, but please be considerate to other residents. London is a big place. Enjoy it. Other Things to Note Upon check-in, guest must show a valid, government issued photo ID and a valid credit / debit card issued in their name - the same guest who made a reservation. All guests staying or visiting the property have to present their picture id upon check in. Visitors after 10 pm are prohibited. Failing to follow these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Min. age for check-in: 18 or alternatively accompanied with parents.
