Our apartment called 'Tgiasa Entrada' is a new, modern, very bright, comfortable and spacious apartment. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from all rooms. The apartment is in the center of Valbella, in the middle of the Arosa/Lenzerheide ski resort. It is about 250 m from the Valbella ski lift and 50 m from the ski slope. Tourism, bakery, doctor, shops such as ski rental and restaurants are 2 minutes away. The ski bus stop is 100 m away. The space The 130 sqm apartment offers a "loft-like" feeling. It has a cozy, modern interior, fireplace, 4 meter high ceilings and south-facing sliding door with terrace. The loft is very luxurious, equipped to the highest standards. The living area consists of two floors. The seating area with fireplace, multi-media TV and comfortable seating has access to the large terrace overlooking the village and mountains. The terrace gets sun all day. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large dining table (6 people). The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with sloping ceilings. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. A bathroom with a jacuzzi, bathtub, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have a double box spring bed and plenty of built-in closets. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, 250-channel satellite TV, flat-screen TV and speakers. Kitchen: combi oven V-Zug, induction, dishwasher V-Zug, fridge and Nespresso machine. Also available are hair dryer, fondue and raclette set. In the basement there is a ski room with ski boot heating, space for bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a separate drying room. Guest access Access to the front door. There is a private parking garage in the basement with space for 1 car. Outside, there are also more parking spaces.
