The 2nd bathroom, a boot room & a utility room for the washing machine, dishwasher, a 2nd fridge & small freezer are on this ground floor level. Up a few steps to the kitchen diner which can seat up to 8 persons. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. The dining area (front room) off the kitchen area has a dining table with 6 chairs. This table extends when needed for 8 place settings & there are 8 dining chairs. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, one king 5' wide double with an additional single bed, with the option of another pull out single bed. Bedroom 2 is a twin, bedroom 3 is a king 5' wide double. The main bathroom is here with a bath with shower over, wc & wash basin. Rocklea has full central heating & a real fire.
