A 400-year-old mountain jewel, authentically renovated, for groups of up to 10 people. A self-catering cabin paradise, ideal for offsites with family & friends, summer yoga retreats and workation. Not far from Munich and Innsbruck, just 15 minutes from the famous year-round sports region of Lake Achen. The space Wow! This tranquil jewel in the Tyrolean mountains is located just 90 km south of Munich, not far from the Achensee sports and vitality park. It is a 400-year-old farm ensemble, which is being carefully restored step by step. The owner is therefore picky and only assigns his courtyard to guests who respect the historical substance. Of the three buildings (picturesque scenery), the main house is currently usable. This was renovated in a first step in the summer of 2013 and since then booked as a CABIN / FARMER'S HUT in many ways as a retreat for work, exercise and "slow celebrations". No question, this is luxury of a different kind! But to avoid any misunderstanding: we are talking about a hut co-space with a rustic history - the ambience is simple and real, the furniture squeaks, the beams creak and the view: indescribable! More information on "Mesnerhof-C" Guest access Our CABIN on 200 m² has pretty much everything a cabin heart desires: A well equipped and extremely cozy smoke kitchen for cooking together and connected to it a dining room for feasting A truly original Tyrolean parlor (attention: no kitsch) with a wonderfully simple stove (once fired, the heat lasts up to 12 hours). 5 cozy, sun-drenched rooms (2 double rooms, 3 twin rooms) equipped with old and partly curious pieces of furniture. A small beverage storage (self-service) as well as a spacious pantry. Free Wi-Fi, but no TV! Separate men's and women's toilet as well as a laundry room with shower including underfloor heating. Infrared panels in the rooms provide cozy and healthy warmth similar to a tiled stove Firewood is prepared in the barn. A spacious terrace for chilling and grilling. A 100 m² yoga platform overlooking the mountains. Other things to note IMPORTANT!!! The Airbnb fixed price includes 8 people, from which our farmer's CABIN is exclusively assigned. Each additional person (i.e. max. 2 persons) comes to €49 per night (excl. Local tax), children up to the age of 15 on €29.
