400y old farmhouse, valuably renovated, for groups up to 10 people (on demand more); autenthentically cabin experience, well equipped for self-catering; ideal for family reunions, retreats with friends, special workshops and co-working. Near Munich and Innsbruck; 15 min. to famous Achensee Sports Region with plenty of summer and winter activities; cross-country, biking and hiking trails pass the house; next to local inn yard; free parking and WIFI. Hardly to believe that such a gem is so near! The space The ensemble encompasses three buildings whereas only the main house is currently available. The other two houses are vacant, offering a picturesque face. In 2013, the 200m² living area of the old farmers was authentically restored. We call it the „CABIN“ and it has pretty much about everything a cabin-heart desires: A well-equipped and extremely comfortable kitchen for co-cooking and connected thereto an eating room for gluttons A truly original Tiroler Stuben (note: not kitsch) with an splendidly oven (once fired keeps the heat up to 12 hours) 5 cozy, sunny rooms (4 doubles, 1 twin) equipped with old and to some extent also curious furniture Infrared panels in the rooms provide all around like a fireplace for cozy warmth and healthy Beverages stored for self-recording and a spacious pantry Free WiFi, but no TV! Separate men and ladies toilets and a laundry room with shower including underfloor heating Firewood is prepared in the threshing floor - who wants feel free to chop wood (at your own risk;-) A big terrace with a breathtaking view to the mountains for summer breakfasts, barbecues and chilling Please note! Inspite of renovations we are still talking about a 400y old house. i.e. in order to maintain the authenthic character the walls and floors are still thin. Therefore the CABIN is for exclusive usage only to one group - you should like each other :-) No question, this is luxury en different kind! But to give rise to any misunderstanding: we are still talking about a cabin atmosphere with character - the ambience pure and genuine, the furniture squeaks, the woodwork creaks and the views: incredible! The airbnb price does include 8 persons and the exclusive usage of the CABIN. For each person more (max. 2 persons) the surplus charge is € 49 per night, for children under 15 years € 29. These variable costs together with the local tax and further optional services (see below) are invoiced AFTER your stay.
