The farm, in a hilly area, overlooks the wide and splendid panorama of Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An area that combines the unique beauty of the Tuscan countryside with its precious artistic and spa centers of Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo... Its location also allows you to reach the beautiful medieval centers of Monte Amiata and its cool chestnut and beech woods in a few minutes, a refreshment for hot summer days. The space The cottage can accommodate 8 people and has four bedrooms, two kitchens, two large living rooms, and two bathrooms. It can be rented to large groups or to two families who wish to stay close, but with their own independence. The farmhouse consists of two apartments that have independent entrances, so they can be RENTED SEPARATELY. The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms (one double and another with two beds), a kitchen, a living room, with a dining table, a sofa, armchairs and a nice fireplace. In summer, it is more pleasant to eat your meal in the small loggia, where you can also simply sit and drink wine with a full view. At the back it has a large terrace, partly covered, with a large table and armchairs. A good solution to stay outdoors even in less than excellent weather conditions. The apartment on the ground floor has two double bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen area, separated from the living room by a large arch. You can have lunch at the large table, but during the summer it is certainly more pleasant to eat under the panoramic porch, which overlooks the farmyard or in the farmyard itself, to fully enjoy the view of the countryside and Pienza. The ground-floor house, although not equipped to accommodate people with serious mobility difficulties (it does not have equipped bathrooms), allows easy movement because it has no stairs either at the entrance or inside the apartment.
