Enjoy the view of Cabrera Island from the terrace with a glass of wine. With only 20 steps you can swim in the Mediterranen Sea. Go and have a walk to the Beach of Sa Ràpita or Es Trenc. Spend your holidays in an incredibly charming house! The space 80 m2 inside & 45 m2 terrace in front of the sea. It is fully equipped & at the back of the house there are a garden and a garage. Close to Sa Rapita beach & Es Trenc! The house has got 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 simple beds) from which you can hear the sea,a livingroom with a sofa bed & 1 bathroom. It is perfect for 4-5 people (max.6 people). The big & open kitchen includes the living & the dining room. In the garden you'll find a lemon & avocado trees. There is also an additional open-air shower in the garden. The house is close to a protected landscape & the marvellous beaches of Sa Rapita & Es Trenc. Additionally, there is a seaport, various restaurants and little supermarkets. Nice atmosphere! We recomend to rent a car. The public transport isn´t good in the area. Other things to note Tourist Tax: SInce 1 July 2016 the tourist ho visit Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza or Formentera have to pay a tax. The price is 2€ per person and day (1.04 - 31.10) or 0.50€ in the low-season. The kids under 14 years old don't have to pay the tax. The tax will be payed in your check in.
