The self contained unit is 49 square meters in area and completely separate from the main house, Ideal to get away from everyone if needed! Being a Queenslander house, the unit makes up the whole bottom floor, underneath the main residence, and has three exits that are nowhere near the main house. It has a completely separate garden area and the only common space is the parking area. Only 5 kilometres from the Midland Hospital. Other things to note SEPTIC SYSTEM - we are NOT on the mains septic system. We therefore have to operate on our own septic system, for which we request that you help us care for it and keep it healthy by flushing only toilet paper, and that disposing of other items, such as hygiene products (sanitary napkins, other non degradeable products, cooking oil etc) in the bags and bins provided, for correct disposal in the trash. Home Security - for our personal safety and security, please be aware that there are several digital video security cameras around the exterior of the property, front and back. Whilst we have never had any security issues in the street, this is a only a preventative measure. During this COVID 19 crisis please use the cleaning and sanitising chemicals, as required, and which are found under the kitchen sink.
